With the advent of the Internet and Social Media, multilingual communications and negotiations are becoming the standard rather than the exception.
The increase in multilingual communications has led to a series of recurring legal issues that have the potential to cause significant liability and damages to a lawyer’s practice and his/her clients. These issues touch almost every area of the law. This course looks at the impact of multiple languages on the major practice areas including Contracts, Litigation, Administrative Law and Intellectual Property.
